Frequently Asked Questions
When do I have to RSVP by? Can I just tell you if I am going or not?
Everyone planning to attend must RSVP by July 3rd, 2025. If you do not RSVP there will sadly be no seat for you to sit in if you choose to attend. This is because we need vendor counts and seating arrangements.
How do I get to the venue?
14150 NW Walker Rd, Kansas City, MO 64163
Is there a dress code? What do I wear?
Yes, semi-formal. Our theme is “garden party” so pastel colors and florals is just an idea but not required.
Is the wedding outdoor or in one place?
Ceremony and reception are both indoor, however, they are both separate buildings and a very short walk from each other.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony? Is there parking nearby?
Ceremony starts at 5:00pm, and arrive no later than 4:40 to find a parking spot and seat. Parking is limited so if you can carpool please do.
Is there a seating chart?
Yes.
What if I bring someone that was unaccounted for on the RSVP?
We’re only able to accommodate the amount of seats listed on your invitation. Please reach out if you have questions, but we kindly ask that no unannounced guests attend.
Why no children?
Although we adore your children, our venue does not have room for your little ones, and we cannot make exceptions. Please make it a date night and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I bring a plus one?
“Plus ones” can only attend if there is a seat available on your invitation. So if you have 1 seat given, that does not mean 2 people. If one family member cannot attend, you can use that seat to bring your lover, your friend, or another family member. We don’t mind. Please make sure to still put their name when your RSVP or notify the bride or groom if you need to make changes, because there is a seating chart with names.
Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
We've made arrangements for professional photography to capture every special moment of our ceremony. We kindly ask that guests do not take photos/videos during the ceremony. We want everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience and enjoy the moment without distraction.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be a bar with limited options (including non-alcoholic options), however, for everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you bring your ID with you. Additionally, our bartenders will be instructed to heavily monitor consumption, and if it appears that someone may have had too much to drink, they will stop serving entirely.
